Post Gym Pick Me Up!

Super smoothie! Just back from the gym and needed a protein kick.

I quickly threw these ingredients into the blender and the result was delicious!! Adapt as you will!

Half an avocado

Handful of frozen mango and pineapple

Chunk of ginger

Teaspoon of spirulina powder

Tablespoon of protein powder (mine was hemp protein)

Cup of hemp milk

Half a cup of water

Drink whilst still lovely and cold from the frozen fruit! Just gorgeous!
